Untuk makluman, sistem MyCoID sedang mengalami capaian sistem yang perlahan disebabkan terdapat trafik yang tinggi khususnya bagi perkhidmatan di bawah Seksyen 58 Akta Syarikat 2016 (‘Notification of Change in the Register of Directors, Managers & Secretaries’) di waktu puncak susulan daripada kerja-kerja migrasi pusat data SSM bagi memberikan perkhidmatan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan.
Sekiranya Tuan/Puan, mengalami masalah, Tuan/Puan boleh menyerah simpan Seksyen 58 tersebut melalui perkhidmatan kaunter SSM yang kini dibuka bermula pada 27 Januari 2023.

Kindly be informed that the MyCoID system is experiencing slow system access due to high traffic especially for services under Section 58 of the Companies Act 2016 (‘Notification of Change in the Register of Directors, Managers & Secretaries’) during peak hours following the SSM’s data center migration exercise to provide a better service to our customer.
If you are facing this issue, you may submit the said Section 58 via SSM’s counter service nationwide which is now available commencing from 27 January 2023.

Susulan dari ketidakstablian sistem MyCoID akibat kerja-kerja perpindahan pusat data Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), SSM akan mengecualikan fi penalti lewat serah simpan bagi serahan yang dibuat pada 3 Disember sehingga 31 Disember 2022 bagi semua perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan melalui sistem MyCoID sahaja. Tempoh moratorium pengecualian fi penalti lewat serah simpan ini adalah bagi membolehkan serah simpan dilakukan secara berperingkat dalam tempoh ketidakstabilan ini sehingga sistem MyCoID kembali stabil.
Mana-mana transaksi yang telah dikenakan fi penalti lewat serah simpan dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan, Tuan/Puan boleh membuat tuntutan bayaran balik wang dengan melengkapkan borang permohonan beserta dokumen sokongan yang berkaitan melalui pautan refund@ssm.com.my di laman sesawang SSM.

Following the instability of the MyCoID system due to the relocation of the data centre of Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), SSM will waive the penalty of late submission fee from 3rd December until 31st December 2022 for all services under MyCoID system only. The moratorium for waiver of the late submission fee is given to enable submission to be done in stages during the system instability until the system is fully stabilized.
For any transaction that has been charged a late penalty fee within the specified period, you may apply for a refund by completing the application form together with relevant supporting documents via refund@ssm.com.my through the SSM’s website.

Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) telah melaksanakan aktiviti perpindahan data transaksi pengguna di portal MyCoID2016 ke arkib pangkalan data SSM bermula 16 April 2019. Tujuan aktiviti ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi penyampaian sistem MyCoID2016.
Semua pengguna MyCoID2016 diminta menyimpan data-data transaksi ke dalam simpanan sendiri untuk setiap transaksi yang dilakukan bagi rujukan pada masa hadapan. SSM tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kehilangan data-data yang tidak disimpan.

The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) has implemented a transfer of consumer transaction data on the MyCoID2016 portal to the SSM database archive beginning 16 April 2019. The purpose of this activity is to improve the performance of the MyCoID2016 system.
All MyCoID2016 users are required to store or save each transaction's data for future references. SSM will not be responsible for the loss of unsaved data.

Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) pada hari ini mengumumkan pelaksanaan kaedah baru serah simpan “NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN THE REGISTER OF DIRECTORS, MANAGERS AND SECRETARIES” (“CPO”) dan “NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF FIRST SECRETARY” di bawah Seksyen 58 dan 236 (2) Akta Syarikat 2016 melalui portal MyCoID2016.
Pendaftar Syarikat telah menetapkan bahawa serah simpan CPO akan menggunapakai konsep “AUTO-REGISTER” berkuatkuasa 29 Jun 2018.

The Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) is pleased to announce a new method of lodgement for ‟NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN THE REGISTER OF DIRECTORS, MANAGERS AND SECRETARIES” (CPO) and ‟NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF FIRST SECRETARY” under Section 58 and 236(2) of the Companies Act 2016 through the MyCoID2016 portal.
The Registrar of Companies now mandates that the lodgement of CPO be made by way of “AUTO-REGISTER” effective from 29th June 2018.
